Ahmed Mazen

Digital Transformation and Cloud Architecture Leader

I'm a Principal Cloud & Platform Architect and Enterprise Architect with 16+ years of enterprise delivery across Saudi government platforms, telecom, fintech and IoT. I design cloud-native microservices, event-driven streaming platforms and multi-region disaster recovery that hold up under regulation (PCI DSS 4.0) and real load.

As an enterprise architect I work with TOGAF ADM, C4 modelling and Domain-Driven Design to turn strategy into governed architecture: capability maps, decision records, target states and migration roadmaps. As a platform architect I build it: Kubernetes, Kafka and Debezium CDC, zero-trust networking, GitOps and applied AI. I treat licences, security boundaries and evidence as first-class design inputs.

Today I'm Principal Cloud & AI Platform Architect at Spectro Systems (remote). I'm also building Twinfra, an MIT-licensed, AWS-compatible private cloud.

Based in Cairo · Open to GCC on-site, remote and Egypt roles.
